# Online Form
Online forms rely on projects, and members can perform table management and content editing operations based on their roles in the project
On the project homepage, click the More button on the project card, select the Online form option, and the page will jump to the online form management page
# 1.New sheet category
On the online form management page, click the Add button above the online form list on the left to open the online form category addition window. Enter the Sheet category name and then click Submit. Wait for a prompt indicating successful operation
The category name of online tables cannot be empty, and the category names of tables at the same level under the same parent node cannot be duplicated
# 2.Edit sheet category
Click on the online table category to be edited in the left online table list, click the Edit button at the top, and a window for editing table categories will pop up. Enter the Sheet category name and then click Submit, and wait Prompt for successful operation
The category name of online tables cannot be empty, and the category names of tables at the same level under the same parent node cannot be duplicated
# 3.Delete sheet category
Click on the online table category to be deleted in the left online table list, click the Delete button at the top, and a confirmation dialog box will pop up. Click Confirm and wait for a prompt indicating successful operation
Special attention!!! Deleting a table classification is an extremely dangerous operation. After deleting a table classification, all subcategories and tables under this classification will be deleted and cannot be retrieved!! Please operate with caution
# 4.Refresh list
In order to prevent other project members from operating the online table list simultaneously, which may cause errors in the current user's operation, the online table list allows manual refreshing. Click the Refresh button on the online table list to complete the refresh
# 5.Lock form
If you do not want the online table to be edited, you can lock the table. Click on the table you want to lock in the online table list on the left, and then click the Lock button at the top. Wait for a prompt indicating successful operation
After the online form is locked, no one is allowed to edit the content of the form until it is unlocked
# 6.Create table
Click and select the online table category where the newly added table is located in the left online table list, then click the Create table button to pop up the new table interface. Enter the Sheet name and configure the table information Then click the Submit button and wait for a prompt indicating successful operation
The online table name cannot be empty, and the same level table name under the same parent node cannot be duplicated
If the display modification label item is enabled when creating a table, row modification labels will be displayed in the table, and the label columns cannot be edited
When creating a table, if row editing is made public, all members with relevant permissions in the project can edit the table. If the public row editing option is turned off, only the creator of the list row can edit this row
If there is an existing Excel spreadsheet, you can choose to import the initial data when creating the spreadsheet. The newly added online spreadsheet will automatically create and import the row and column data in the spreadsheet
The image column data of the Excel spreadsheet imported with initial data cannot be recognized, so if the imported Excel contains images or image columns, the image and image column data will not be created
# 7.Edit table
Click and select the online form you want to edit from the list of online forms on the left, click the Edit button, and the edit form interface will pop up. Enter the form name and configure the form information, then click the Submit button,Waiting for prompt indicating successful operation
The online table name cannot be empty, and the same level table name under the same parent node cannot be duplicated
If the display modification label item is enabled, the row modification label will be displayed in the table, and the label column cannot be edited
If the open row editing is enabled, all members with relevant permissions in the project can edit this table. If the open row editing option is disabled, only the creator of the list row can edit this row
# 8.Delete table
Click and select the online table to be deleted from the list on the left, click the Delete button at the top, and a confirmation dialog box will pop up. Click the Confirm button to delete the table
